Dear Royals,
The quote above epitomizes what Royal Dynamite has endured over the past year. Since our last State of the Union address, Royal Dynamite has been reshaped and re-defined both as a company and as a brand. To a larger extent, both Ralph and I's outlook as co-founders has also gone through somewhat of a change; we have become a relentless duo that understands and appreciates the value of hard work, determination, and faith.
The quote and paragraph above were the exact words written in our State of the Union 3 almost 8 years ago. These words still remain true to our hustle and determination to succeed with Royal Dynamite. As the years have gone by, we continuously pivot and reinvent ourselves; this time is no different. The brand didn't die out or go away; we've been at it just different than we envisioned. Admittedly, we haven't been consistent enough digitally over the last 3 years, including our eCommerce and socials. However, we acknowledge that good things take time to build and manifest. We have stayed the course regardless of the bumps and bruises along the way.
A lot of trials and tribulations have happened and, most importantly, growth. Business growth, as entrepreneurs and most importantly as family men. Between the 2 of us, we have growing families and prioritized that more than anything else. Perfection is not guaranteed, but we promised to never give up on Royal Dynamite until we had exhausted all resources, tools, and networks. Be rest assured we are far from it, and we'd like to believe we are just getting started, which is another rebirth of the brand online and beyond.
