Last week, we shared our must-haves for women this fall. This week, we’re weighing in for the men. We asked our co-founder, Cecil Williams, what he thought the go-to items would be this year. This is what he said:
At Royal Dynamite, we always talk about the wardrobe essentials and staples that we think everyone should have- t-shirts, crew-neck sweaters, and hoodies. But fall fashion is so much more than that. What else should you have?
An amazing coat - A coat that you can layer and dress up or down? Of course! Look for a coat that you can layer and that works great with slacks and jeans. We love this affordable but luxe peacoat on Amazon - it comes in several colors and it works great during the week and on the weekends.
The Go-to Denim - no wardrobe is complete without a nice pair of denim jeans that you can practically wear with anything and everything! Dress it up with a long-sleeved polo, scarf, high-heels, or stilettos for the ladies, a nice pair of loafers for the gents, or dress down with a white t-shirt and a pair of sneakers. Whatever mood you’re in, anything goes with a pair of denim jeans.
We really like these jeans from rag & bone; they are comfortable, stretchy and durable. Pricey, maybe, but these jeans can literally go anywhere.
The White T-shirt - when we talk about must-haves, the white t-shirt should never miss your list. No explanations are necessary.

An oversized flannel jacket - adding in pieces that you can layer as the weather changes is always a good thing! Keep a piece like this to wear as a light jacket now or under a coat later.

A great pair of sunglasses - If you read our last piece, you know how we love a great pair of shades at Royal Dynamite. Whether you love a classic aviator style or something more contemporary, sunglasses are a great complement to your fall looks

And we’d like to up our style a bit with a hat and a scarf that will not only complete the look but give you additional protection - from the sun or the cold.
