If I haven’t received my order in a reasonable time, what do I do?
We are sincerely sorry to hear this and understand that this is unacceptable. The first step will be to track your order using the tracking # via the carrier website. Do you guys ship order outside the U.S.?
Yes we certainly do. We ship to most countries with reliable and efficient postal services. Please keep in mind that shipping overseas may take a little long that domestic. Please refer to question# for delivery time.
