This summer, I had the pleasure of working behind the scenes of the GRAMMY Foundation’s GRAMMY Camp program for high school students interested in careers in the music industry. Last Sunday, a talented group of seventy-five students had the opportunity to either work behind the scenes, appear on stage, or have their work featured during the GRAMMY Camp Launch Party held at El Rey in Los Angeles, California.
After spending ten days with these talented young people, I am excited to see what the musical future has in store for us. Although some may be concerned with the future progression of music, I am confident that the new talent in this world will provide inspiring and entertaining music for all to enjoy. Share my experience and witness the beginning of a new musical generation by watching the recap video of last Sunday’s event.
