What is your return policy?
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with you apparel purchase, simply return the item in it original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) with Fourteen (14) Days of receipt for a full refund. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was send with the original purchase. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product, which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. Due to the limited availability of our apparel; exchanges will be handled on a case-by case basis.

Who pays for the return shipping?
If the return is due to a mistake on our part we wll pay for the return shipping cost as long as your use standard shipping. If your are returning the merchandize because you don’t like it or change your minds about it , it is your responsibility to incur the shipping cost.

How do exchanges work?
Our exchange policy is one for one. If you purchased your Royal-tees during a sale and would like to exchange them after the sale, you won't be charged the post-sale price difference as long as the tee you're exchanging for is within a few dollars of the original purchase price - or you're exchanging for the same design in a different size. If you'd like to exchange for a tee of a higher price, please include your credit card number so we can charge you for the difference. Additionally, you will not be refunded for any price difference if you are exchanging for a lower value tee. If you would like the price difference, we recommend returning for a refund.
